The Ascaso Barista Pro … A Green Innovation

 

Developed in Barcelona, Spain, the Ascaso Barista Pro with one brew head is a semi-automatic coffee machine that meets the needs of a bar or small restaurant. It’s stainless steel housing is durable, safe and environmentally friendly. It’s 2.3 mm-thick boiler ensures a stable temperature, efficient use of energy, and minimal risk of sediment and rust. The system is designed such that hot water is injected through ground coffee first, before the actual brewing. This brings out the full intensity of the coffee and allows the crema to linger longer.

 

The E61 coffee dispenser technology is hugely popular as its ability to maintain a stable temperature makes for consistency across many servings. The model boasts 360° stainless steel steam and water wands, electronic control buttons, three to five pre-set water levels, three to five coffee menus and a host of other functionalities. It also comes complete with an automatic cleaning program and LED lighting over the filter handle, which itself is slanted at approximately 10 degrees for gripping comfort.
